Tamales: Box of 12 (gf, df)
Tamales: Box of 12 (gf, df)
I love tamales. I grew up eating them in Mexico (especially the sweet ones, which I will make soon!) However, sadly, there are 3 ingredients that are in most tamales out there that, let’s face it, are not the cleanest: conventional corn masa harina (likely sprayed with lots of chemicals), canola oil, and lard (source of porks: unknown). And so, we attempted (and succeeded!) in making the cleanest (and gosh, so yummy) tamales in town.
GF/DF
This is for a bag of 12 tamales to re-heat at home. They will last 2 months in the freezer, but I bet you they won’t last a week!
Please choose your flavor below + pickup option at checkout. This listing is for pickup on Thursday, November 7.
To reheat, simply steam. No need to thaw before! Tip: cover your pot with aluminum foil. That will keep the steam in and they will heat up faster.
