Oaxaca is one of my biggest inspirations: its vibrant colors, incredible food, beautiful people, deep history + craftsmanship have captivated my heart. I have been visiting Oaxaca regularly for the past 10 years: working with artisans, buying ingredients, getting lost in its streets for endless hours, exploring the neighboring towns taking classes + meeting the most incredible people. For years, I’ve been dreaming of sharing this beautiful experience with others, and I am beyond excited to finally be ready to offer this with you!

You will stay at a beautiful hotel, eat the most delicious mamey ice cream, take a pottery class using clay gathered at the skirts of a mountain, visit the market stall I buy ingredients from that has been there for over 100 years, learn about cacao + make your own chocolate, how to grind corn + make tortillas, and so much more.
