Maple-Mexican Vanilla Bean Marshmallows
I love marshmallows, but let’s face it: the store-bought kind are full of yuck. Marshmallows were originally made in Egypt using honey + mallow plant. They were considered very special + were reserved for gods and royalty + used for medicinal purposes. I created my own version using simple ingredients, delicious Mexican vanilla bean, sweetened with maple syrup + added marshmallow root, which has a variety of health benefits. They are sweet + fluffy + perfect to add to a cup of Rawmona’s WOW cacao.
INGREDIENTS: Maple syrup*, Marshmallow root*, Mexican vanilla bean, Gelatin (grass-fed beef), Water, Sea salt, Arrowroot, Powdered Monkfruit + a touch of magic. *ORGANIC
